Сar of journalist and political technologist Volodymyr Yegorov burnt away in Kyiv
The victim believes that the car was set on fire.
“My Citroen C5 Aircross was set on fire last night (around 1:00). The car manufactured in 2019, was bought from an official dealer (where it was serviced) with a mileage of 46 thousand km, diesel fuel. He was in a guarded parking area in Kyiv, on Pravda Avenue. I learned about the incident from the employees of parking at 1:20 am, when the car was already burnt away and firefighters and police arrived. No one was injured, except for the garages and my car, which was burnt to the ground, ”Volodymyr Yegorov wrote.
He said, the police recorded footsteps of a possible delinquant who could have set fire to the car. They drove from the car to the place where he got to the parking area. The journalist is currently waiting for the results of the examination.
He related the incident to his political and journalistic activities. "Last years, I have been engaged in political and journalistic work and this is what I find today's event to be linked to," Yegorov wrote.
This is the second case in two years when Volodymyr Yegorov's car was set on fire. At the same time, he believes that these cases are not related.
