The apartment of the Channel 5 correspondent Denys Rozenkov was damaged in the Russian KAB strike on Zaporizhzhia on October 1. A window in the apartment burst and the balcony was damaged.

"They targeted the house facing ours. The shock wave blew out the window in the room and cracked the balcony door," says Denys Rozenkov.
According to the journalist, when he heard the whistle from the first bomb, he managed to run into the hall to hide behind a wall. "After that, I heard a second whistle, a terrible explosion which sent everything in the apartment flying. It was scary," the journalist said.
He posted photos of the damaged room and balcony on Facebook. "What used to be my windows and the damaged house facing ours. I managed to jump out of the room when the glass burst. P.S. I am okay, alive, whole. Thanks to the cameraman who brought plastic wrap and a stapler. Covered everything up," wrote Denys.
