Russian strike on Lviv ruins the apartment of an Ukrinform correspondent, wounding her husband
The Russian missile strike on Lviv on September 4 wounded the husband of the Ukrinform correspondent Olha Hromyk and destroyed their apartment, the journalist reported on Facebook.
"Friends, I am asking for many prayers for my husband Volodya. He's got shrapnel fragments in his body, in his eyes. They are getting him ready for the surgery," Olha wrote.
In another post, she said that the Russian troops had destroyed their apartment completely.
Lviv mayor Andriy Sadovyi reported that the missile strike killed seven people and injured 17 more.
As reported earlier, Ukrinform correspondent Olha Zvonaryova was injured by shelling in Zaporizhzhia on April 5. She was taken to a hospital in critical condition with severe trauma and blood loss. Olha received a serious wound to her leg in the strike. She is still in rehabilitation and training to walk again.
