NASH TV asked court to cancel decision of national watchdog
Nash TV channel appealed to the Kyiv District Administrative Court to declare illegal and cancel the decision of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting of February 12 ordering an unscheduled on-site inspection.

The district administrative court registered a corresponding lawsuit of Nash 365 LLC against the National watchdog.
The court decides on the opening of proceedings in an administrative case.
As IMI reported, on February 12, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting ordered an unscheduled on-site inspection of the Nash TV channel (NASH 365 LLC, Kyiv) due to the spread of Russian propaganda by former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
On February 22, Nash TV channel appealed to the Kyiv District Administrative Court to declare illegal and cancel the decision of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting of January 28 to order an inspection.
On January 28, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting scheduled an unscheduled on-site inspection of the Nash TV channel (NASH 365 LLC, Kyiv) due to a statement by Olena Bondarenko, a former MP from the Party of Regions, who called the Armed Forces of Ukraine "criminals."
