The Russians are disabling the mobile network in Mariupol, as they move military equipment through the captured city by night.

This was reported by Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the Mariupol Mayor, on Telegram.

"The military situation. Starting at night, 00:30 to 2 am Mariupol time, the occupiers were moving large amounts of tanks, fuel tankers, and trucks through the city. The direction is being clarified. 'Phoenix' mobile network has been disabled completely for security reasons," Andryushchenko wrote.

According to him, there is currently a "global change in tactics regarding the transfer of convoys," which is now accompanied by "mobile connection issues and often happens at night."
