russian occupiers take over the premises of an Internet provider in Enerhodar
In Enerhodar, the russian occupiers illegally confiscated the property of a company that provided communication services.
This was announced on June 14 on the Facebook page of Zaporizhzhia Regional Defense Forces in their daily information and combat rundown on deterrence and repelling of russian armed aggression.
On June 13, in Energodar city, officers of the so-called "people's police" seized the premises of the communication service operator Internet Service Group LLC under the threat of using weapons. At the moment, Internet and mobile connection in Energodar have been missing for more than two weeks.
According to IMI, almost all Ukrainian media have stopped broadcasting in the city since the beginning of the occupation. Namely, in March, Enerhodar's local television station ENTS (Energodar Television Systems) was forced to stop broadcasting due to the occupation. In April, the russian occupiers began broadcasting Radio Rossiya. Currently, the city is jamming the broadcasts of Ukrainian TV channels and broadcasting russian propaganda TV instead.
Also in April, in the temporarily occupied city of Dniprorudne in Zaporizhzhia region, the russian occupiers began jamming Ukrainian television channels and launched eight russian channels and three radio stations.
