RSF condemns death threats to CNN, Tg1 correspondents by Russian Telegram channels
The international watchdog "Reporters Without Borders" (RSF) condemned the death threats to CNN and Tg1 Rai correspondents who reported on the developments in Russia's Kursk region by Russian pro-regime Telegram channels.
"RSF denounces these odious threats aimed at intimidating journalists & hindering their work," the organization's post on X (formerly Twitter) reads.
Death threats to foreign media workers were posted by the Telegram channel "Zhivov Z", among others.
"We are keeping track of all Western journalists who crossed the territory of Russia. No offence. We will kill all of you," the channel's administrators wrote.
