Proceedings to revoke broadcasting license of Nash 365 opened

The District Administrative Court of Kyiv (DACK) has opened proceedings on a lawsuit filed by the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting to revoke the license of Nash 365 TV channel. This was reported on September 22 on the website of the court.
The court will hear the case under the rules of summary proceedings without notifying the parties.
As IMI reported, on September 16, the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting seized the court asking to revoke the broadcasting license for “Nash 365” TV channel. On August 19, the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting decided to demand the court to revoke the license of Nash TV channel due to its calls inciting religious hatred and animosity.
On August 19, the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting scheduled unscheduled on-site inspections of Nash 365 LLC (Nash logo) and Nasha Prague LLC (Maxi-TV logo) due to hate speech.
