The Russian occupiers have disabled the Internet and mobile connection in Starobilsk (Luhansk oblast) – the service provided by the illegal operator Lugacom is unstable.

This was reported by Telegazeta.

As for the situation in the city, the Russians are preparing for the arrival of the Armed Forces, digging trenches in the area of the Southern Quarter and within the surrounding villages.

This information has been confirmed by the head of the Luhansk regional administration, Serhiy Haidai.

"In Starobilsk, filtration is also ongoing, as everyone who wants to leave the territory of the Russian Federation is being checked in advance: the number of people who want to leave has increased significantly in recent days. For 'security reasons', the Russians have also decided to cut off the communications there.

"Although this does not stop the collaborators who are trying to escape. Three buses with occupier supporters have been seen moving from Svatovo and Kreminnaya towards Novopskov," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

As IMI reported, occupied Svatove (Luhansk oblast) has been in information isolation since September 11. People do not fully understand what is happening in their city.
