Nash 365 LLC, which is owned by employees of Nash / Maxi-TV channel, has obtained the license for satellite broadcasting with the Nash logo. The decision was made on October 30 by the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting, as Media Detector reported.
The channel in the National Council was represented by co-owner and manager of Nash 365 LLC Olena Rudyk and head of Maxi-TV (Nasha Prague LLC) Tigran Martirosyan.
Martirosyan introduced the new company as a major television production company that cooperates with various companies, including “NAsha Prague”.Martyrosyan informed, the staff of the company was about 400 people.
“With them we make 18 hours of our own production. We make products for different customers. We have a great team. And we want to get a license for news and analytic satellite broadcasting. We make news and analytic and publicicst programs. From news to social, economic talk shows. We will carry out outreach qctivity,” he said.
Martirosyan also said that a new studio with additional facilities was already built in Zhylianska street in Kyiv. “One of the surprises we are preparing is a unique studio that will be represented by virtual graphics. The presenters and guests are real, the rest will be virtual, ” he said. The Nash / Maxi-TV channel used this technology when Mykola Azarov and Mikhail Saakashvili appeared in virtual studio. "There will be more of them now," Tigran added.
The member of the National Council Oleg Chernysh asked the representatives of the company whether it would mean that another news TV channel was to emerge. However, Tigran noted that the channel Nash 365 (“Nash” logo) would broadcast as news TV channel and the “Nasha Prague” (Maxi TV logo) would practice the concept as it has been mentioned.
One should recall that the channel tried to reissue its license in December 2018. But the National Council refused to issue the license for “Nash” TV channel and penalized it for its unauthorized launch. The regulator has announced a warning to “Nasha Prague” LLC for the unauthorized reformatting of the Maxi-TV women TV channel to the “Nash” TV channel. But, on the same day, the National Council upheld the demand of “Nashe Media” LLC from Chernivtsi region about changing its logo from "Nashe" to "#Nash". And it was on this basis that they refused to “Nahsa Prague” LLC to change its program concept and the “Maxi-TV” logo to “Nash”.
Now, answering questions from members of the National Council, Tigran Martirosyan assured that the company had obtained patent rights for the ”Nash” logo.
