People in occupied Starobilsk report that mobile connection has been restored there, writes local publication "Starobilski Novyny."

Some of the locals have already called their relatives. At the same time, subscribers note in the comments that the connection is very unstable.

Note that we are talking about mobile connection provided by illegal mobile operator Lugacom, which uses equipment stolen from Ukrainian operators.

As IMI reported, on October 6, the Russian occupiers disabled the Internet and mobile connection in Starobilsk (Luhansk oblast). Occupied Svatove (Luhansk oblast) has been in information isolation since September 11. People do not fully understand what is happening in their city.
