Media outlet Trybun relocates from Rubizhne, updates their website and removes the version in russian
Socio-political media outlet Trybun, having relocated from the currently occupied Rubizhne, has updated their website. This was announced by the editor-in-chief Oleksiy Artyukh.
According to him, the website is still in testing mode.
"We made the website as simple and user-friendly as possible, removed everything unnecessary (namely, the russian-language version). It is important for us that our readers do not feel discomfort and do not waste time waiting for pages to load or watching lots of unhelpful advertising. Currently, the technical work is still ongoing," said Oleksiy Artyukh in his comment to the representative of the Institute of Mass Information.
He added that despite all the difficulties, the editorial office continues to work as usual. "We managed not only to save the team, but also to expand it. In addition to the website, we are developing other platforms and constantly looking for resources for this. In total, over 40 thousand people have subscribed to our social media pages, and we are not stopping at that. We plan to launch new sections, increase the amount of exclusive content we make, and much more," added the editor-in-chief.
As reported by IMI, in April, media outlet Trybun (Rubizhne, Luhansk oblast) received a letter from Roskomnadzor demanding to remove the news about the russian occupiers shelling Rubizhne and Popasna from the website.
