Kolomoisky becomes chairman of supervisory board of TV channel "1+1" - Ukrinform

Businessman Ihor Kolomoisky has become the chairman of the Supervisory Board of TRC Studio 1+1 LLC, according to the TV channel’s press service, as Ukrinform reported.
Also, Yaroslav Pakholchuk has been appointed as new chairman of the 1+1 media board and the director general.
Oleksandr Tkachenko remains the honorary president of 1+1 media, the press service added.
It is noted that Kolomoisky will chair the Supervisory Board of TRC Studio 1+1 LLC as the main shareholder of the Group.
