"Fakty ICTV" presenter Andriy Kovalsky's apartment in Kyiv damaged by a Russian drone
The strike on Kyiv on the evening of December 21 resulted in a Russian drone destroying the apartment of the "Fakty ICTV" and "United News" presenter Andriy Kovalsky. Kovalsky confirmed this to his colleagues at Fakty ICTV.
Andriy and his family are well, but the apartment took damage.
His wife Tatiana Khytryk wrote on Facebook: "We survived, and that's what matters... The apartment is gone now. Dear Lord, thank you for our lives, thank you that we and our children survived in hell. In the midst of hell... that we did not burn to death under the rubble, that the fire could be put out, that we managed… that we managed,” the presenter's wife wrote.

Kovalsky later specified that the fire had been extinguished, but everything else was broken, from the windows to the TV.
Kovalsky thanked everyone for the words of support on Facebook.
“Friends, thank you all for the support. Everyone is intact – that's good enough,” he wrote.
Tetyana Khytryk shared her card number for donations to help the family restore their home: 5375 4112 1062 3422.
