Court ordered Bihus.Info to refute report on Gladkovsky jr.
The Podilsky District Court in Kyiv has ordered the Bihus.Info journalistic investigation project to refute report about Igor Gladkovsky's involvement in embezzlement schemes in Ukraine's defense industry, as Hromadske reported citing Denis Bigus, head of the Bihus.Info project.
According to him, this decision issued by the court of first instance will be appealed.
"We expect the full text of the decision, lawyers are studying the documents, and we will meet in an appeal court," as Bigus told Hromadske.
Earlier, Igor Gladkovsky's lawyer Ruslan Volynets published the text of the court decision, dated July 3. The decision said that Bihus.Info was obliged to "refute the unreliable information they had widespread " about the alleged involvement of Igor Gladkovsky in the schemes of embezzlement in the Ukrainian defense complex.
"I would like to note that this case was considered in court for almost a year and a half, in particular because of the position of the defendants, who repeatedly did not appear before the bar, which forced the court to postpone and postpone the case," as he said.

February 26th, Ihor Hladkovskiy, son of the First deputy to the Secretary of the National security and defense council Oleh Hladkovskyi is to sue the Bihus.Info for defamation. March 4th, president Poroshenko fired the National Security and Defense Council deputy secretary Oleg Gladkovsky.
