Kateryna Sereda, the Institute of Mass Information’s regional representative in Mykolaiv oblast, received bomb threats via email on 30 January.
She said she had received an email in the morning claiming that an explosive device had been planted in a building. The letter included a photo, allegedly of the device, but mentioned no address in Mykolaiv oblast.
National Police departments in 22 oblasts received over 2,000 bomb reports on 30 January.
