ZIK insists on automatic prolongation of broadcasting license

TV channel ZIK fears the non-transparent procedure of license prolongation by the National Council, and insists on automatic prolongation. This was reported by “Detector media” with referral to the press service of the TV channel. “Due to presidential and parliamentary elections drawing near, in the next year, in 2019, TV channel  ZIK, as a representative of Ukrainian media community, requests to secure development of the freedom of speech in the country by means of supporting media of various directions, where different opinions and positions are presented. Also, to stop baseless inspections by law enforcement agencies (the raids that ZIK was subjected to by tax collection officers in autumn)”, the TV channel commented.
