The court issued such a decision on December 21, 2019, as to the website of the Unified State Register of Judgments.

As IMI reported, on December 2, 2019 in Zaporozhye, at the court hearing journalists of several mass media editions were threatened by relatives and friends of suspected members of an organized criminal group (OCG). As a result, two journalists were taken out of court building, escorted by police officers for reasons of their safety.
