eQueue, the Ukrainian online service for booking a place in a line to cross the border, is under a Russian attack.

This was reported by the Ministry of Community, Territory, and Infrastructure Development.

The Ministry noted that the system currently works without failure, and that drivers and carriers will be promptly informed in case the situation changes.

The agency noted that the personal data of drivers and vehicles registered in the system are secure and cannot be accessed by third parties through attempted cyber attacks.

"The Russian's attention to the eQueue means that we are moving in the right direction and making innovative products. As of 11:00 am, we are already recording the first attacks on our service. Currently, our experts are providing the necessary technical solutions to prevent the Russians from interfering with the eQueue's performance," stressed Anatoliy Komirny, Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.

We remind you that starting March 8, truck drivers can apply for the electronic queue for crossing the border at 16 checkpoints. You can register on the website echerha.gov.ua or in the "eCherga" mobile application. Starting mid-May, trucks will be able to cross the border registering in the electronic queue only.
