Tiahnybok filed lawsuit against Express

The Head of the All-Ukrainian Association "Svoboda" Oleg Tiahnybok filed a lawsuit in Frankivsk rayon court of Lviv against the LLC "Express Multimedia Group", with a demand to officially refute the information it published on October 24 in the article "Tiahnybok’s Money-4. Deal with the Devil" as this information is not true and damages his reputation. This was reported on the “Svoboda” official website.

Tiahnybok demands that the defendant refute the slanderous  information by publishing the court resolution on the same page of the Ekpsres newspaper in the same type as the refuted article, within 1 month since the court decision becomes effective.
