Сzech public broadcaster began translating its news into Ukrainian
The Czech public broadcaster Česká televize has started translating the news into Ukrainian. The aim is to inform Ukrainians who were forced to move to the Czech Republic due to Russian aggression, Suspilne reported.
“Our goal is to provide daily access for Ukrainians who arrive here to up-to-date information not only about the war in Eastern Europe, but also about current events in the Czech Republic and the world. That is why every day we offer them a live translation of the News, which is the main news program with a high degree of credibility in the Czech television market, ”said Česká televize.
Also, regional Czech television studios in Brno and Ostrava offer news and information services for people coming to the Czech Republic from Ukraine.
According to Suspilne, from the first days of Russian aggression in Ukraine, Czech Radio has been receiving streaming Ukrainian radio through the mujROZHLAS application .
It will be recalled that Suspilne broadcasting continues a joint information telethon with all media groups of the country - UA together, which is broadcast on UA: Pershiy and UA: Kultura TV channels .
