"Suspilne Zhytomyr" chief editor is crowdfunding for a combat drone
Journalist, "Suspilne Zhytomyr" chief editor Dmytro Klymenko is crowdfunding for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He announced this on Facebook and shared the details with the regional IMI representative.
Dmytro is raising money for a Kazhan attack drone. His goal is to collect 20 thousand hryvnias from the total amount of 620 thousand hryvnias.
"My friends and relatives serve in a UAF unit near Bakhmut and Kupyansk. I'm crowdfunding for a drone for them. The total cost of a "Kazhan" UAV is 620,000. I set up a 20 thousand monojar to help raise the entire sum. We have already raised over 12 thousand. Our friends and colleagues are helping, several hundred hryvnias each. Some also donate 3 thousand. Some donate 20 hryvnias. But every donation matters," Dmytro Klymenko told the IMI representative in the Zhytomyr oblast.
When the planned sum is collected, Dmytro promises to hold a raffle for a symbolic prize.
"This is a shell casing from a Ukrainian gun mount 'Hepard', which destroys Russian missiles and drones in our skies," the journalist said.
