The online edition reports that an employee of the State Security Department (UDO) made obstacles to its journalist Vladyslav Bovtruk, who was filming a motorcade of President Volodymyr Zelensky on May 13.

According to the report, an UDO officer grabbed Bovtruk's hand and pushed him away as he filmed Zelensky's motorcade leaving the parliament building.

"The man did not introduce himself to the journalist's question and did not answer when Vladislav Bovtruk asked him from which department the security guard was," the statement said. considers this act as an obstacle to journalistic activity.
