State TV and Radio Company „Krym" fired editor of Crimean Tatar programs

On June 25, Shevket Ganyiev, the editor of the creative department of Crimean Tatar programs at the State TV and Radio Company „Krym”, was fired.

Ganiyev was dismissed according to the Labor Code of Ukraine. The director general of the State TV and Radio Company „Krym” asked him whether Ganiyev would quit voluntarily or they would have to fire him. Ganiyev refused to go on his own volition so he was fired by the director’s order.
