Soldier, Vinnytsia journalist Taras Borysiuk has gone missing in action in Kharkiv oblast, reports the team of the newspaper "33 Kanal".

According to the newspaper, the video circulated by Russian propaganda showing the torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war featured soldiers of the battalion No. 172 of the TDF brigade No. 120.

"The POWs mocked by the ruscists in the clip released by Ukraine's Commissioner are from our region. […] We tried to gather as much information as possible about these tragic days. It was when our colleague, 172nd battalion captain Taras Borysiuk, journalist, UAF volunteer, former editor of multiple Vinnytsia newspapers, went missing. According to witnesses, he was ambushed as he and his colleagues were driving a medical vehicle at the request of the gravely wounded," the newspaper writes.
