Russian Internet providers in Crimea block access to all Ukrainian radio stations
Russian Internet providers in occupied Crimea have blocked access to all Ukrainian radio stations, including music stations, reports the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on Facebook.
As the Mission notes, a few months after the start of the full-scale war most of the Ukrainian radio stations focusing on politics were blocked, but music radio stations remained available until this December.
However, since early December, online access to all radio stations has been blocked.
We remind you that in November 2023, the partisan movement ATESH reported that the Internet connection in the temporarily occupied Crimea was being disabled on a regular basis.
Crimean Internet providers were instructed by their leadership to step up control over pro-Ukrainian users. Now they have to pass data on suspicious persons on to Russia's Federal Security Service.
