russian hackers threaten to "down" the websites of Volyn media as well
Volyn media continue to receive threats from the Noname057(16) hacker group. The letters have been received by Volyn Online, Racurs.ua, and Konkurent news agency on April 30.
This was reported by the website's editors to the IMI representative in Volyn region.
The letters were sent from the list.ru mail service, written in russian, and contained the following: “You didn't get it the first time – we'll say it again. We will keep downing your websites if you do not stop the pipeline of fakes about russia."
Andriy Luchyk, editor of the Konkurent news agency's website, told the IMI representative that a DDoS attack had been carried out on the website on the evening of May 1. The attack on the website was quickly repelled.
The editor of the Volyn Online website, Maryana Metelska, said that there had been no DDoS attacks on the website yet. The website works as usual.
We remind that similar letters from the Noname057(16) hacker group have also been received by two Zaporizhzhia websites – infоrm.zp.ua and 061.ua.
