Public Council found manipulations in Savik Shuster’s TV-show

"Renaissance" Foundation claimed about interruption of  its cooperation with Inter TV-channel  within frames of the Public Council. The respective statement was issued by the Foundation on April 9.

At the same time, in March, the Public Council carried out a monitoring of informational broadcasts of Inter TV, and concluded that Podrobnosti news at the TV-channel generally adhered to the standards of journalism.

According to the statement, fundamental changes in Inter’s editorial policy took place through the closure of Anna Bezulyk’s "Justice" TV-show and a return of the political project of Savik Schuster. In the opinion of the Public Council, "Shuster Live” talk-show manipulates with selection of topics and those invited to participate in the program.
