IMI representative in Rivnenska oblast was informed about this in the communications department of the National Police in Rivnenska oblast. Inna Biletska told the local IMI representative that she was summoned for testimony. After that, the proceeding was closed, and she is indignant about this. This is already the fourth criminal proceeding related to violation of Inna Biletska's rights as a journalist closed by the police. In the last several years, no proceeding that was opened in Rivne region in relation to obstruction to the activities of journalists, made it to the court. As IMI reported before, on June 17, a man near the village of Solomyr, Rivnenska oblast, one of amber miners was obstructing the work of the journalist of “Inter” TV channel Inna Biletska. The man tried to take her equipment and to hit the phone in the journalist's hands.
