On October 4, the Odesa municipal guards and officers of anti-corruption internal security department were not admitting for the session of the city council the journalist of “Center of Public Investigations” media outlet “Izbirkom”, Yuriy Diachenko. Journalist reported this in his comment for IMI. According to him, the restriction of access for the session of the city council, in particular, was on the grounds of "absence of vacant seats". The journalist was able to get to the assembly hall in the end, but only in 40 minutes after the start of the session.
