On September 24, IMI legal webinar for journalists on new electoral code

On September 24, IMI will conduct the second legal webinar for journalists and other media workers on local elections "Propaganda: how to do everything correctly". 

During the webinar you will learn about the subjects of the election process in local elections. In compliance with the new Electoral Code, the number of people nominating candidates in local elections has changed. 

During the webinar you will learn about: 

-forms and means of election campaigning. 

- possible formats in different mass media (television and radio broadcasting, printed press, Internet resources), restrictions on election campaigning provided by law; 

-when does the propaganda begin and when does it end; 

-responsibility the mass media and the journalists have in case of violation.

The duration of the webinar is one and a half hours, the format of "questions and answers" is provided.
