Officials of Uzhgorod city council set up "face control" for journalists

On June 19, during the session of Uzhgorod city council, the vice city mayor Volodymyr Flen'ko and the head of the department of municipal police and law enforcement Serhiy Prosianyk were checking journalist IDs of the journalists entering the hall. They were not allowing anyone without an ID into the assembly hall although they refused to answer based on what regulations they did this. The session was open for public.
IMI prepares a complaint to the city mayor against the officials who conducted ID check they had no right to perform.
