Occupiers in Luhansk oblast step up surveillance of the Ukrainian underground resistance – NRC
The Russians in the occupied parts of Luhansk oblast are stepping up their counter-reconnaissance mode, reports the National Resistance Center.
According to the Ukrainian underground resistance, the Russian occupying forces ran a series of document checks among the locals, as well as searches in houses and other kinds of private property.
"The enemy is not only aftraid of our reconnaissance groups, but also understands that the majority of the locals living under temporary occupation is ready to continue resisting the occupier and to share information about the enemy's personnel and equipment," notes the NRC.
As IMI reported, the Russians are looking for informants in the occupied territories. They have created a chatbot for anonymous reporting on members of the underground resistance, even offering money for such information.
