Occupiers in Berdyansk to search smartphones checking if the owner is subscribed to any Ukrainian media

The Russian occupiers in Berdyansk began selectively searching the citizens' smartphones to check if the owner is subscribed to any Ukrainian media.

This was reported by Berdyansk's occupation administration.

"Starting today in Berdyansk, law enforcement officers are beginning selective preventive checks. If a citizen is discovered to be subscribed to Kyiv regime's propaganda resources, such a person will first receive a warning. In the future, they will be fined," the post says.

As IMI reported, the Russian Ministry of Education has banned teachers from using WhatsApp and other foreign messengers in the education process or at work. Instead, they recommended using "VK Messenger".
