No access to HQ for media with NATO annual accreditation due to COVID 19

NATO HQ will be closed for the press due to coronavirus. "In light of the Coronavirus disease outbreak (COVID-19)*, NATO Headquarters has been carefully monitoring the situation and continues to take preventative measures for the wellbeing and safety of all NATO staff and visitors' as NATO reported on its website.

The NATO Press Office will be operational and reachable by email and phone.

As to Reuters, with over 242,000 infections and nearly 10,000 deaths, the epidemic has stunned the world and drawn comparisons with painful periods such as World War Two, the 2008 financial crisis and the 1918 Spanish flu.
