National Council postpones consideration of the application for the license renewal “Radio.Vesti”

The National Council of Ukraine on television and radio postponed consideration of an application for the renewal of the license “Radio.Vesti” in Kyiv  to March 3, due to the court decision which blocks the consideration of this application, “Interfax-Ukraine”.

“Since the court’s decision does not enter into force until it can be appealed, I propose to suspend the proceedings on the extension of the license term,” – Deputy Chairman of the national Council on TV Ulyana Feshchuk said during the meeting.
