National council issued one more warning to NewsOne

National Council for issues of TV and broadcasting announced to the TV channel NewsOne one more warning – this time, under its license for analog broadcasting in Khmelnytska oblast. This decision was taken by the National Council on March 1, “Detector media” reports. During the scheduled inspection, the National Council discovered that at 49 TVK in Volochysk city, Khmelnytska oblast, the licensed broadcasting (4 hours per day) is not being performed, and at 49 TVK in the urban type village Teofipol, Khmelnytska oblast, there is broadcasting, but the National Council discovered some violations. In particular, the actual operator of telecommunications is LLC "TV networks of Ukraine", where according to the license, it was indicated as Concern RRT. Also, the programs Top News and "Velykyi Vechir" did not have any producer data. NewsOne channel representative explained that the broadcasting is not there in Volochysk for technological reasons. Also, other violations, according to him, were caused due to local conditions - for example, they have to cooperate with the providers who actually have technical capacity to broadcast. The representative requested some time for elimination of violations without issuing the warning. However, the explanations of the representative did not persuade the National Commission, and the warning was issued.
