Media NGOs launched Anti-COVID website for journalists

The Institute of Mass Information together with partner organizations Detector Media, Pylyp Orlyk Democracy Institute, Media Development Foundation, Donetsk Institute of Information, National Association of Media and Internews Network launched a website for the journalists “AntiCOVID.Guide for Media” on how to work amidst COVID-19 pandemic.

The website is to gather publications from IMI and its partner media organizations with recommendations how to cover COVID-19, legal advice as to work for journalists, including the issues as to the work during an emergency, and advice on media safety and protection during a pandemic.

The site is designed with the support of designers of the Maksym Serhiychuk’s studio.

The site contains three headings:

  • How to write about epidemics.tips for journalists
  • How to protect yourself from infection
  • Legal advice for journalists working under the conditions of emergency.

“We do not claim to be true of last resort. We want to support the extremely important work being done by the media professionals, under extremely difficult conditions. Stay healthy, and don't forget to smile! "
