Journalists were not allowed at court hearing of Vlasenko’s case
Journalists were not allowed to attent the hearing of Pechersk rayon court of Kyiv regarding the measure of restraint for Sergiy Vlasenko, even those who had no photo or video cameras with them. This was reported by UNIAN.
Although, according to Telekrytyka, there were some journalists in the court hall, in particular, a correspondent of LB.ua, who was broadcasting the even online.
On November 11, Sergiy Vlasenko, the defense attorney of the ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, was summoned for interrogation to the Prosecutor General’s Office and informed about the suspicion that he physically assaulted his ex-wife Natalia Okunska on numerous occasions. The Prosecutor General’s press secretary Margaryta Valkova informed that they would ask the court to decide on bail for Vlasenko.
