Journalists for “33 kanal” in Vinnytsya assaulted

In Vinnytsya the journalists for the newspaper “33 kanal” (‘The 33rd channel”) were assaulted by guards while trying to attend the general meeting of the Tulchynsky, Mohyliv-Podilsky and Vinnytsky clergies, as to Iryna Zonova, journalist for The 33rd channel. “We arrived to the Church of Presentation of the Lord at the address 150, Pyrohova street, to cover the meeting of clergy of Russian orthodoxe church, but we were not allowed to attend the meeting. Our press photographer Serhiy Hymych was assaulted, he was beaten, pushed, tugged by the collar. We called the police”, she added.
