Journalists filming dismantling of barricades on Maidan Nezalezhnosti were told to leave

On May 31, in Kyiv at the volunteer clean-up of the barricades on Maidan Nezhalezhnosti several persons told the journalists, who came to cover the event, to go away. This was reported by Hromadske.TV.

A woman yelled at the Hromadske.TV journalist Bohdan Kutiepov that nobody dares to dismantle Maidan. An unidentified man was blocking his camera’s lens with his torso to prevent him from streaming. A half-naked man demanded in swear words that Kutiepov took away his camera and cussed an a group of journalists. Kutiepov and journalists from other media outleds were chased away.
