Insider shut down, due to lack of funding
Starting on April 1st, the online edition Insider has been closed due to lack of funding, as the owner of the edition Oleksiy Tamrazov told Detektor Media.
"As to restart of the edition, I cannot say for today that this will never happen," he said.
Tamrazov said that the decision to shut down the edition was made in mid-February. The employees were notified of it in advance.
On March 31, the Insider journalist Olga Khudetska reported that the seven-member editorial staff would join the Agency for Legislative Initiatives.
"We are joining the Agency for Legislative Initiatives’s team, since we have one clear goal in common: justice prevailing in Ukraine. <…> So, since now, we will work on our ideas together. And I expect, we will make your day soon," she wrote on her Facebook page.
