On September 13, chief editor of the rayon newspaper “Kolos” (Ivanyvskyi rayon, Volynska oblast) Tamara Havryliuk filed resignation application after the newspaper's activities were discussed at the session of community council under Ivanchivska State Rayon Administration on September 12. This was reported by online media outlet Radar. As the editor explained, she was not invited for the session where her newspaper was scrutinized, she did not even know it was on the agenda, and she was there as a mere reporter. Yet it turned out that the issue about the newspaper was not considered spontaneously, it was in the agenda. At the session, the newspaper was criticized for insufficient coverage of the work of rayon state administration headed by Liliya Krevska, and pays to much attention to rayon council and Svoboda party representatives. As pointed out in the article, members of community council Serhiy Siver and Yaroslav Hyts were boldly interrupting, yelling, and generally had a very destructive approach. After the session, Tamara Havryliuk filed a resignation application.
