In Uzhorod, unidentified people beat radio host

On January 16 in Uzhorod (Zakarpatska oblast), four me attacked and beat two people, one of the victims is a journalist, a radio host. This was reported by “Zakarpattia online” , with a reference to communications department of Zakarpatska oblast police. The incident took place at 10 p.m. at Zhupanatska street. The attack was reported by a girl who said she and her friend were attacked. The police opened the case based on article 296, part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (group hooliganism). The beaten man turned out to be the host of local radio "Tysa FM", Maksym Barna, "Zakarpattia online" reported. They learned it from the journalist's wife, who reportedly was present at the site during the attack. According to her, it was a planned action, as before the attack they were followed. Masked young men rushed the journalist, taking him to the ground, and started kicking him, trying to use gas spray. When they escaped, they yelled "Anti AntiFa". The journalist thinks the attack can be related to his recent conflict in one of the local Facebook groups.
