In Truskavets, in 5 minutes before the screening of the almanac Open access was to begin at the premises of the "People’s House", the electricity went out. This information Ukrainska pravda received from the journalist and activist of the movement "Stop Censorship", Natalia Sokolenko.
The screening of the film was planned for 6 p.m.
According to Sokolenko, on the eve of the screening the local department of the power supply network received an order on urgent replacement of certain devices, which caused interruption of power supply.
After the film screening organizers used backup electricity sources and showed the first novel about Mezhyhirya, the chief of the local city police, lieutenant colonel Malysh, appeared. He said that there was a bomb in the audience hall and asked everybody present to leave the building, the journalist told.
