In Sevastopol, the frequencies of municipal TV channel were given away to "Russia-1" without warning

In Sevastopol, TV broadcasting of the municipal «People’s channel» was stopped, its frequencies are provided to channel “Russia-1” instead. The radio broadcasting center of Crimea which owns the broadcasting tower of Sebastopol did this without any warning.
