House of journalist in Volyn region set on fire

Overnight into May 1st, some unknown persons set fire to the house of a journalist, editor of the web-based edition “Radar” in Volyn region, Nataliya Kamyshnikova, as to Volyn 24. As to Nataliya Kamyshnikova, this was a revenge for one of her publications. In the nighttime, she informed the police that some persons get in her summer cottage, thye broke window, spread some liquid with an odour of gasoline, set it on fire and ran away. She added on January she got a threats of physical assault and appealed to the police, but was told by police that the treat was virtual, there was no possibility to identify the person who sent it and so there was no grounds to institute criminal proceedings. Then she appealed to the regional police administration, but she was replied that the cyber department of the [police was going to investigate into this case. “Tonight, the bandits proceeded to action”, Kamyshnikova wrote. The policemen who came to place, as to her, interrogated her and went away”, she told They forbade her to speak on this incident, as she said.
