“Freedom of Press Chronicle - 2016” now available

On June 16, “Freedom of Press Chronicle - 2016” was published.

“Freedom of Press Chronicle - 2016” is a summary analytical product of the monitoring of freedom of press in Ukraine during the year of 2016, which has been conducted by the NGO “Institute of Mass information” with the support from the project “U-Media”, which is implemented by Internews Network with the support from the U.S. Agency for International Developlent (USAID) and the non-profit “National Endowment for Democracy” (NED), as well as from the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.

“Chronicle” contains short descriptions of all registered cases of violations of journalists’ rights and restrictions on free speech in chronological order.
