On June 12, the Dniprovsky district court in Kiev dismissed the lawsuit against the journalist for “Nashi groshi” program (Our Money) Yuriy Nikolov and Facenews edition, filed by the former mayor of Kyiv, Leonid Chernovetsky. The ex-mayor demanded to refute the information they made public and to reimburse moral damage in amount of 1 million of hryvnias (around $37 700).
