Officers and unit commanders of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, as well as military schools, institutions, and organizations were ordered to coordinate the talking points for interviews, briefings, blog posts, and comments "regarding the deployment of the Armed Forces" with the UAF structure responsible for organizing strategic communications in the Armed Forces, reports "Detector Media", which has a fragment of the order at its disposal.

The media outlet notes that the veracity of the document was confirmed by two sources involved in the work in the UAF communication divisions.

The order applies to "leaders (commanders, chiefs) of the structural units of the UAF Commander-in-Chief Apparatus, the UAF General Staff, military administration bodies, groups, military units, military universities, military departments of universities, UAF institutions and organizations, other components of the defense forces."

The order also states that the relevant materials, as well as the minutes of the Expert Commission on Secrets meeting, must be emailed to the UAF Strategic Communications Center for reviewing no later than three days before publication.

The work of the Expert Commission on Secrets is regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 939 on the Organization Procedure and Ensuring Secrecy in State Bodies, Local Self-Government Bodies, Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations (December 18, 2013). The resolution has the stamp "For official use".

As the media outlet's sources reported, the order on the need to organize the approval of talking points for interviews, briefings, blog posts, and comments of the military was signed recently, while the document itself had been prepared by the StratCom a long time ago.
